Interaction mechanism of pepsin with a natural inhibitor gastrodin studied by spectroscopic methods and molecular docking
Jie Wang,Calvin Chan,Fengwen Huang,Jiangfeng Xie,Hong Xu,Ka-wai Ho,Sheng-gang Zheng,Zhangli Hu,Jun Lu,Jun Lu,Zhendan He +10 more
TL;DR: The interaction of gastrodin with pepsin has been investigated by enzyme activity assay, fluorescence, UV–Visible, circular dichroism spectra, and molecular docking, which show that besides hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bond also help stabilize the Gastrodin–pepsin complex.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of sulfurization on the microstructure of chalcopyrite thin-film absorbers
Jaakko Keränen,Jun Lu,Jonathan S. Barnard,Jan Sterner,John Kessler,Lars Stolt,Thomas Matthes,Eva Olsson +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a soda lime glass substrate was used to grow polycrystalline CuInSe 2 (CIS) and CIGS thin-films by co-evaporation on a soda-lime glass substrate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization and modeling of tungsten nanoparticles generated by laser-assisted chemical vapor deposition
TL;DR: In this paper, a model including known cooling mechanisms was used to calculate the laser-induced temperature as a function of time and laser fluence, where the only fitting parameter was the absorption efficiency of the particles, obtained from measured temperatures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Author Correction: A general Lewis acidic etching route for preparing MXenes with enhanced electrochemical performance in non-aqueous electrolyte
Youbing Li,Hui Shao,Hui Shao,Zifeng Lin,Jun Lu,Liyuan Liu,Liyuan Liu,Benjamin Duployer,Benjamin Duployer,Per Persson,Per Eklund,Lars Hultman,Mian Li,Ke Chen,Xian-Hu Zha,Shiyu Du,Patrick Rozier,Patrick Rozier,Zhifang Chai,Encarnacion Raymundo-Piñero,Encarnacion Raymundo-Piñero,Pierre-Louis Taberna,Pierre-Louis Taberna,Patrice Simon,Patrice Simon,Patrice Simon,Qing Huang +26 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural properties of epitaxial γ-Al2O3 (111) thin films on 4H-SiC (0001)
TL;DR: In this article, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images were used to confirm that the abrupt interface of the as-deposited films with the 4H-SiC substrate was preserved during crystallization, indicating no interfacial reaction.
