TL;DR: The first data release (SSDR1) contains flux calibrated spectra from the first year (April 2012-2013), and a total of 221 confirmed supernovae were classified, and they released calibrated optical spectra and classifications publicly within 24 h of the data being taken as mentioned in this paper.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented 65 optical spectra of the Type Ia SN 2012fr, 33 of which were obtained before maximum light, and showed clear evidence of a high-velocity feature (HVF) in the Si II {lambda}6355 line that can be cleanly decoupled from the lower velocity ''photospheric'' component.
