The vertical distribution characteristics of integral turbulence statistics in the atmospheric boundary layer over an urban area in Beijing

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper analyzed the vertical distribution characteristics of turbulent transfer over Beijing city according to similarity theory and found that the relative correlation coefficients between heat and each of momentum, humidity, and CO2 concentration in the lower layers were always larger than in higher layers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Use of Poly (Amidoamine) Dendrimer for Dentinal Tubule Occlusion: A Preliminary Study

TL;DR: In this in vitro study, dentinal tubules occlusion could be achieved by using PAMAM dendrimers and could lead to the development of a new therapeutic technique for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new hydrodynamic interpretation of liquid metal droplet motion induced by an electrocapillary phenomenon.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors showed that the movement of liquid metal is directly driven by viscous forces of solution rather than interfacial tension and analyzed flow characteristics on a liquid metal surface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence in Mainland China: SUSCEP in China

TL;DR: In this paper, the consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence (SUSCEP) scale was validated using questionnaires administered to 1114 adult employees and 350 university students in China, where the consumer's susceptibility to the interpersonal influence had a stable three-factor structure (i.e. the utilitarian, value-expressive, and informational dimensions) in both samples, while the original two-factor structures could not be retrieved.
