Procede et moyens de production de vecteurs lentiviraux recombinants surs et a titre eleve
TL;DR: In this paper, the vecteurs peuvent contenir des promoteurs inductibles ou conditionnels, in the absence of a gene fonctionnel tat, and les multiples transformations de la cellule hote avec le vecteur porteur du transgene contribuent a l'amelioration de the production of virus.
Book ChapterDOI
Solubilization and Characterization of the Receptor for Gastrin-Releasing Peptide
TL;DR: Gastrin-releasing peptide, the mammalian counterpart of bombesin (an amphibian hormone), is a neurohormone that exerts a number of different effects in vivo and in vitro and plays an important role in the proliferation of small cell carcinoma of the lung.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this article , the authors analyzed the clonal repertoire and dynamics of hematopoietic reconstitution by studying >4 million vector integration sites (IS), a surrogate of clonal identity, from purified myeloid, lymphoid, erythroid cell lineages and HSPCs from 53 patients treated by lentiviral-based HSPC-GT up to 8 years of follow-up, 29 patients for metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD), 15 patients for Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS), and 9 patients for β-thalassemia (β-Thal) -a hemoglobinopathy.
