First Observation of the Rare Purely Baryonic Decay B0 →p p-

Roel Aaij, +815 more
TL;DR: The first observation of the decay of a B0 meson to a purely baryonic final state, B0→pp, is reported in this article, where the branching fraction is determined to be B(B 0→pp)=(1.25±0.18)×10-8, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of $CP$ asymmetries in $D^{\pm} ightarrow \eta^{\prime} \pi^{\pm}$ and $D_s^{\pm} ightarrow \eta^{\prime} \pi^{\pm}$ decays

Gregory Ciezarek, +773 more

Journal ArticleDOI

arXiv : Searches for 25 rare and forbidden decays of $D^+$ and $D_s^+$ mesons

Roel Aaij, +1006 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search is performed for rare and forbidden charm decays of the form $D(s)}+ \to h^\pm \ell^+ \ell^{(\prime)\mp}, where $h^\mm$ is a pion or kaon and $\ell^{(')\pm}$ is an electron or muon.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of D s ± production asymmetry in pp collisions at √{s}=7 and 8 TeV

Roel Aaij, +824 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the production asymmetry of D$s}^{±} mesons collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of $ \sqrt{s}=7 $ and 8 TeV.
Journal ArticleDOI

First observation of the decay B s 0 → K S 0 K ∗(892)0 at LHCb

Roel Aaij, +750 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search for the first decay of the LHCb with a significance of 7.1 standard deviations was performed using pp collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb−1.
