TL;DR: The connection between DMF(T+t), malocclusions and the need for prophylaxis is demonstrated and the children with prematurely extracted temporary teeth and severe orthodontic deformation had the highest prevalence of DMF (T+T).
Abstract: Premature extraction of temporary teeth is a consequence of different factors such as socio-economic status of the population, level of caries activity, oral hygiene, presence of fluoride in water, philosophy of the dentist. The aim of this article is to compare the DMF (T+t) between children with premature extraction and those without premature extraction. Subject of monitoring of the clinical research were 140 children between 6 and 9 years old. The clinical group consisted of 90 children with prematurely extracted teeth, divided into three groups. The control group consisted of 50 children with intact denture. The dental status was examined and registered according to the WHO by the DMF (T+t). There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of caries DMF(T+t) between the control groups (2.34±019) and clinical groups (between 5.17±0.33 and 6.40±0.41). The children with premature extraction of temporary teeth had higher caries activity compared to the control group (children without early loss of teeth). The children with prematurely extracted temporary teeth and severe orthodontic deformation had the highest prevalence of DMF(T+t). These results demonstrate the connection between DMF(T+t), malocclusions and the need for prophylaxis.

TL;DR: The etiology is associated with bacterial infection (fusobacteria and spirochetes), but NPD is also predisposed by various factors: local (poor oral hygiene, pre-existing plaque-induced gingivitis), local trauma, smoking, alcohol abuse and systemic factors (emotional stress, fatigue and insomnia, social economic status and altered host response, malnutrition or systemic diseases).
Abstract: Necrotizing gingivitis, necrotizing periodontitis and necrotizing stomatitis), are classified together under the common name necrotizing periodontal disease (NPD). The etiology is associated with bacterial infection (fusobacteria and spirochetes), but NPD is also predisposed by various factors: local (poor oral hygiene, pre-existing plaque-induced gingivitis, local trauma, smoking, alcohol abuse) and systemic factors (emotional stress, fatigue and insomnia, social economic status and altered host response, malnutrition or systemic diseases).

TL;DR: In this article, concentrations of persistent organic pollutants including polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were measured in two marine species: black mussel (Mytilus galloprovincialis) and goby (Neogobius cephalarges).
Abstract: Concentrations of persistent organic pollutants including polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were measured in two marine species: black mussel (Mytilus galloprovincialis) and goby (Neogobius cephalarges). Samples were collected from Lake Varna and Varna Bay in the period of 2004 - 2005 in order to evaluate the status, spatial distribution and potential sources of pollution in these areas. The mussel, one of the most widely used bioindicators of persistent organic pollutants, has been used to monitor PCBs and DDTs contamination trends in Lake Varna and Varna Bay. Black sea gobies are non-migratory species and feed mainly with benthic organisms. Average PCB concentration in mussels were found 28.7 ng/g fat. Total PCB concentrations in goby varied in the range of 21.3 and 71.5 ng/g fat. Concentration in black mussel were found 28.7 ng/g fat for total DDTs. Average DDTs concentration in goby were measured 2116 ng/g fat. The levels of PCBs and DDTs in black mussels and goby from the Lake Varna and Varna Bay were comparable with those found in other marine ecosystems.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a new version of the Clone Y5 (Clone-Y5) p53, which is the first version of Y5 to be released to the general public.

TL;DR: Internal throat breakage occurs predominantly in adult patients over 75 years of age and accounts for 65% of all bone fractures and 90% of femur.
Garden. Internal throat breakage occurs predominantly in adult patients over 75 years of age and accounts for 65% of all bone fractures and 90% of femur. The femoral neck fracture in this patient group covers 15% -25% of all patients with locomotor injuries received for hospital treatment. With the increase in age, an increase in the number of these fractures was also found. The indication for primary hemiprosis in the patients in the Orthopedic Department at St. Anne Varna Hospital was performed according to the classification of Garden.
