TL;DR: Perceptions about methadone dosing were assessed that included considerations beyond typical medical parameters used by physicians and other MMT providers to determine appropriate methamphetamineadone doses, suggesting a model for determining dose appropriateness and “ideal” methadones based on various factors both intrinsic and extrinsic to MMT.

TL;DR: The authors examines the role of habits in and on the practice of qualitative research and examines how researcher habits can influence the pacing of an inquiry, and concludes that qualitative research requires the learned practice of active waiting: striking a balance throughout a research project between moving forward and advancing the research process and, on the other hand, allowing adequate time for the full development of each aspect of the research.
