The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.
Abstract
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-

T cell homeostasis and systemic autoimmunity.

TL;DR: It is postulated that if the T cell repertoire and expanded clones primarily have low self-affinity, then the expansion will be largely innocuous, whereas if composed of cells with high self-Affinity, clinically evident autoaggression may be the outcome.

Randomized trial comparing partial versus complete chordal-sparing mitral valve replacement: Effects on left ventricular volume and function

TL;DR: Complete retention of the mitral subvalvular apparatus during mitral valve replacement confers a significant early advantage by reducingleft ventricular chamber size and systolic afterload compared with partial chordal preservation, and left ventricular ejection performance continues to improve over time, probably because of more favorableLeft ventricular remodeling.

Altered functional properties of a TRPM2 variant in Guamanian ALS and PD

TL;DR: The results suggest that the ability of TRPM2 to maintain sustained ion influx is a physiologically important function and that its disruption may, under certain conditions, contribute to disease states.

Fludarabine, Cyclophosphamide, and Mitoxantrone as Initial Therapy of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: High Response Rate and Disease Eradication

TL;DR: Fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and mitoxantrone results in a high response rate in previously treated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, indicating that FCM can be an ideal companion for chemoimmunotherapy of patients with CLL.
