TLDR
The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.Abstract:
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-read more

Glutathione catalysis and the reaction mechanisms of glutathione-dependent enzymes.
TL;DR: This comprehensive review summarizes fundamental principles of glutathione catalysis and compares the structures and mechanisms ofglutathione-dependent enzymes, including glutathion reductase, glutaredoxins, glutATHione peroxidases, peroxiredoxinases, glyoxalases 1 and 2, glutthione transferases and MAPEG.

TL;DR: The putative biological roles of the selenoenzymes, particularly those of the glutathione peroxidases (GPX), proved instrumental in the understanding of selenium deficiency syndromes in livestock and humans, although the emerging complexity of seenium enzymology still precludes definitive conclusions.

TL;DR: The analysis provides informative tag SNPs that capture much of the common variation in the MHC region and that could be used in disease association studies, and it provides new insight into the evolutionary dynamics and ancestral origins of the HLA loci and their haplotypes.
