The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.Abstract:
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-read more

Hepatitis C Virus-Encoded Enzymatic Activities and Conserved RNA Elements in the 3′ Nontranslated Region Are Essential for Virus Replication In Vivo
TL;DR: Data suggest that these four HCV-encoded enzymatic activities and the conserved 3′ terminal RNA element are essential for productive replication in vivo.

TL;DR: B-CLL is not a static disease that results simply from accumulation of long-lived lymphocytes, Rather, it is a dynamic process composed also of cells that proliferate and die, often at appreciable levels, the extent to which this turnover occurs has not been previously appreciated.

The importance of classifying initial co-morbidity in evaluating the outcome of diabetes mellitus
TL;DR: Among 5-yr survivors, the occurrence rate of new vascular events (or ‘diabetic complications’) was directly related to the same features of age and co-morbidity that seemed to affect fatality.

Large displacement analysis of three‐dimensional beam structures
TL;DR: In this article, an updated Lagrangian and a total Lagrangians formulation of a three-dimensional beam element are presented for large displacement and large rotation analysis, and it is shown that the two formulations yield identical element stiffness matrices and nodal point force vectors.

Maintaining the norm: T-cell homeostasis.
TL;DR: The persistence of naive and memory T cells has long been of interest to immunologists, but the factors that influence the survival and homeostasis of these subsets have remained obscure.
