TLDR
The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.Abstract:
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-read more

TL;DR: It is shown that unmodified abacavir binds non-covalently to HLA-B*57:01, lying across the bottom of the antigen-binding cleft and reaching into the F-pocket, where a carboxy-terminal tryptophan typically anchors peptides bound to HLAs, and that carbamazepine binds to this allotype, producing alterations in the repertoire of presented self peptides.

TL;DR: A unified approach to the discovery of variations in genetic sequence data of arbitrary DNA sources is presented, using the rapidly emerging genomic sequence as a template on which to layer often unmapped, fragmentary sequence data and to use base quality values to discern true allelic variations from sequencing errors.

TL;DR: A mismatch of minor histocompatibility antigen HA-1 can cause GVHD in adult recipients of allogeneic bone marrow from HLA-identical donors, and ProspectiveHA-1 typing may improve donor selection and identify recipients who are at high risk for GV HD.

TL;DR: There is interest in developing a test to measure an individual's radiosensitivity before treatment, and recent progress in genotyping raises the possibility of genome-wide studies to characterize genetic profiles that predict patient response to radiotherapy.
