TLDR
The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.Abstract:
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-read more

TL;DR: This study allows insight into the distribution of newly identified genetic factors contributing to PD and shows that large-scale evaluation in diverse populations is important to understand the role of population-specific heterogeneity.

Trp53-dependent DNA-repair is affected by the codon 72 polymorphism
TL;DR: The data highlight the functional differences between the Trp53 polymorphic variants, and suggest that their expression status may influence cancer risk.

TL;DR: Short, single-strand oligonucleotides that target this 5'-3'-UTR base-pairing region blunt the binding of RPL26 to p53 mRNA in cells and reduce p53 induction and p53-mediated cell death after several different types of DNA damage and cellular stress.

TL;DR: The data suggest that the robust HLA-B*51 association in Behçet's disease is explained by a variant located between the Hla-B and MICA genes.
