The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.
Abstract
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-

Patterns of linkage disequilibrium in the human genome

TL;DR: This review draws on empirical studies in humans and Drosophila, as well as simulation studies, to assess the current state of knowledge about patterns of LD, and consider the implications for the use of LD as a mapping tool.

Timing the ancestor of the HIV-1 pandemic strains.

TL;DR: Using a comprehensive full-length envelope sequence alignment, the date of the last common ancestor of the main group of HIV-1 is estimated to be 1931 (1915-41).

Mutant p53: one name, many proteins

TL;DR: Mechanisms by which Mutant p53 exerts its cellular effects are reviewed, with a particular focus on the burgeoning mutant p53 transcriptome, and the biological and clinical consequences of mutant p 53 gain of function are discussed.

Mistranslation-Induced Protein Misfolding as a Dominant Constraint on Coding-Sequence Evolution

TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate conserved patterns of simple covariation between sequence evolution, codon usage, and mRNA level in E. coli, yeast, worm, fly, mouse, and human that suggest that all observed trends stem largely from a unified underlying selective pressure.

Cytoplasmic functions of the tumour suppressor p53

TL;DR: An emerging area of research unravels additional activities of p53 in the cytoplasm, where it triggers apoptosis and inhibits autophagy, which contribute to the mission of p 53 as a tumour suppressor.
