The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.
Abstract
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-

CD38-dependent ADP-ribosyl cyclase activity in developing and adult mouse brain.

TL;DR: Compared ADP-ribosyl cyclase and NAD+-glycohydrolase activities in protein extracts of brains from developing and adult wild-type and Cd38 -/- mice and confocal microscopy shows that CD38 is expressed by both neurons and glial cells, and is enriched in neuronal perikarya, lead to speculation that it might have an intracellular location in neural cells in addition to its plasma membrane location.

Mechanical reliability evaluation of silicon nitride ceramic components after exposure in industrial gas turbines

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the mechanical reliability and thermal stability of silicon nitride ceramic components that are currently being considered for structural application in industrial gas turbines, and provided an important insight into the effect of gas turbine environments on the material recession and mechanical reliability of materials as functions of exposure time and conditions.

Sources of variation in patient response to radiation treatment

TL;DR: The authors' studies reveal 4 physiologic sources of variation in radiation response-2 are genetic: cryptic hypersensitivity and hereditary disease, and 2 are epigenetic: cell type and donor age.

On the extension of the α-sialon phase area in yttrium and rare-earth doped systems

TL;DR: In this article, the α-sialon phase area in Y, Yb, Dy and Nd doped sialon systems has been mapped out on the basis of element analysis of individual α-Sialon grains.

On the Nature of Structure and Its Identification

TL;DR: A new and lucid structure measure, the so-called weighted partial connectivity, Λ, whose maximization defines a graph's structure is introduced, which results in a new splitting theorem concerning the well-known minimum cut splitting measure.
