The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-assisted revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries.
Abstract
Results. The incidence rate of significant non-cardiac occlusive stenotic lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), who had to undergo CABG, was 15,84 %. Simultaneous revascularization of coronary and non-coronary arteries was performed in 2,46 % of patients with CAD and PolyVD and multi-stage surgical proced ures were chosen in other cases. Conclusions. The outcomes of CAD surgical treatment were improved in this group of patients due to the implementation of a mul-

Shaping genetic alterations in human cancer: the p53 mutation paradigm.

TL;DR: This review will discuss how other factors such as tissue specificity, SNP of genes associated with the p53 pathway, other genetic alterations, or p53 mutant heterogeneity can act as a second set of downstream filters that also have a profound impact on the spectrum of p53 mutations.

The role of Tat in the human immunodeficiency virus life cycle indicates a primary effect on transcriptional elongation.

TL;DR: Nuclear run-on experiments show that the increase in mRNA levels is due to an increased efficiency of elongation of nascent transcripts, suggesting that Tat may be a gene-specific elongation factor.

The expectant brain: adapting for motherhood

TL;DR: A successful pregnancy requires multiple adaptations of the mother's physiology to optimize fetal growth and development, to protect the fetus from adverse programming, to provide impetus for timely parturitions and to ensure that adequate maternal care is provided after parturition.
