Field effect on magnetoresistance of N-type indium antimonide
TL;DR: In this article, the field effect on the magnetoresistance of n-type indium antimonide was studied for various temperatures and magnetic fields, and it was found that the ratio of the surface mobility to the bulk mobility decreases with increasing magnetic field beyond a given value of the magnetic field.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phenomenological Theory of the Hall Effect in Insulators
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the Hall voltage and Hall current measurements are not identical in noncubic solids and that the observed quantities in Hall effect measurements on insulators are influenced by the presence of a space charge in the solid.
Book ChapterDOI
Electronic Properties of Organic Conductors: Pressure Effects
D. Jérome,M. Weger +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a survey of the electronic properties of organic metals, which have been the subject of very intensive work for the last 5 years and already extended review articles have been published in that subject (1,2,3,4).
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantum theory of thermomagnetic phenomena in metals and semiconductors
P S Zyryanov,G I Guseva +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a theory of Thermomagnetic Phenomena is proposed and a model of non-issipative Electron Fluxes in a Quantizing Magnetic Field is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal Growth and Galvanomagnetic Properties of Mg2Pb
G. A. Stringer,R. J. Higgins +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a method for growing single-crystal Mg2Pb ingots using a Bridgman method is described. But the method is not congruently melting but forms from a peritectic reaction.
