Life cycle assessment of biodiesel production utilising waste date seed oil and a novel magnetic catalyst: A circular bioeconomy approach

In this paper, a magnetically recyclable solid acid catalyst for the esterification of waste date seed oil was synthesized and the catalysts possessed superparamagnetic behavior and high saturation magnetisation, allowing them to be easily separated from the reaction mixture using an external magnetic filed.
