Enhanced spin–orbit torques by oxygen incorporation in tungsten films

TL;DR: In this paper, large spin Hall angles of up to approximately -0.5 by incorporating oxygen into tungsten were measured and the invariance of the spin Hall angle for higher oxygen concentrations with the bulk properties of the films suggests that the spin-orbit torques in this system may originate dominantly from the interface rather than from the interior of the materials.

Infrared and Raman spectroscopic studies on iron oxide magnetic nano-particles and their surface modifications

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of thermal annealing on uncoated and coated magnetite nano-particles has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, infrared (IR) and Raman spectrographic analysis (TGA).
