Ultrafiltration versus intravenous diuretics for patients hospitalized for acute decompensated heart failure.

TLDR
In decompensated HF, ultrafiltration safely produces greater weight and fluid loss than intravenous diuretics, reduces 90-day resource utilization for HF, and is an effective alternative therapy.
