Unitary chiral dynamics in J/Psi -> VPP decays and the role of scalar mesons

TLDR
In this paper, the authors make a theoretical study of the J/psi decays into omegapipi, phipipi and omegaK over bar using the techniques of the chiral unitary approach stressing the importance of the scalar resonances dynamically generated through the final state interaction of the two pseudoscalar mesons.

From controversy to precision on the sigma meson: a review on the status of the non-ordinary $f_0(500)$ resonance

TL;DR: The sigma meson has been controversial for almost six decades, despite playing a central role in the spontaneous chiral symmetry of QCD or in the nucleon-nucleon attraction as discussed by the authors.

From controversy to precision on the sigma meson: A review on the status of the non-ordinary f(0)(500) resonance

TL;DR: The existence and properties of the sigma meson have been controversial for almost six decades, despite playing a central role in the spontaneous chiral symmetry of QCD or in the nucleon-nucleon attraction.

Threshold cusps and triangle singularities in hadronic reactions

TL;DR: In this paper, a review of threshold cusps and various triangle singularities in hadronic reactions, paying attention to their manifestations in phenomena related to exotic hadron candidates is presented.

Chiral Perturbation Theory: Expansions in the Mass of the Strange Quark

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors construct the generating functional of U(3)×U(3), which allows them to calculate the Green functions up to and including terms of order p4 (at fixed radio m quark p 2 ) in terms of a few coupling constants which chiral symmetry leaves undetermined.

The Role of Resonances in Chiral Perturbation Theory

TL;DR: In this article, the strong interactions of low-lying meson resonances (spin ⩽ 1) with the octet of pseudoscalar mesons ( π, K, η ) are considered to lowest order in the derivative expansion of chiral SU(3).

Chiral symmetry amplitudes in the S-wave isoscalar and isovector channels and the σ, f0(980), a0(980) scalar mesons

TL;DR: In this article, the meson-meson potentials provided by the lowest order chiral Lagrangian were used to obtain singularities in the S-wave amplitudes corresponding to the σ, f0 and a0 resonances.
