Journal ArticleDOI

The transcriptional network that controls growth arrest and differentiation in a human myeloid leukemia cell line

Harukazu Suzuki, +162 more
- 01 May 2009 -
TL;DR: The results indicate that cellular states are constrained by complex networks involving both positive and negative regulatory interactions among substantial numbers of transcription factors and that no single transcription factor is both necessary and sufficient to drive the differentiation process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Histone deacetylases as regulators of inflammation and immunity.

TL;DR: Current understanding of innate and adaptive immune pathways that are regulated by classical HDAC enzymes are reviewed to provide a rationale for targeting (or not targeting) individualHDAC enzymes with inhibitors for future immune-related applications.
