TL;DR: The results indicate no increased CRC risk in individuals with HH genotypes and suggest that persons with HH risk genotypes can follow population screening recommendations for CRC.

TL;DR: The high prevalence of familial IA in a cohort of Newfoundland ancestry is described and rare and potentially deleterious variants were identified in both families, though incomplete segregation was identified for all filtered variants.
