TL;DR: In this article, the authors quantify the size and distribution of uncertainties in RV and v sin i using spectra from repeated exposures of the same stars and show that the uncertainties vary as simple scaling functions of signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) and projected equatorial velocities (v sin i) for representative samples of Galactic stars, that will complement information obtained by the Gaia astrometry satellite.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented the results of the search for planetary nebulae (PNe) in three spheroidal companions to the Andromeda galaxy, including NGC 147, NGC 185, and NGC 205, and showed that continuum subtracted images are more effective in detecting PNe than colour-colour diagrams obtained via automatic photometry.
