Journal ArticleDOI

Activation of genes for growth factor and cytokine pathways late in chondrogenic differentiation of ATDC5 cells.

TL;DR: Interdigitated interaction between a number of intercellular signaling molecules is likely to take place in the late chondrogenic stage for autocrine and paracrine regulation among chondrocytes, as well as for chemoattraction and stimulation of progenitor cells of other lineages.
Journal ArticleDOI

cDNA cloning of a novel human gene NAKAP95, neighbor of A-kinase anchoring protein 95 (AKAP95) on chromosome 19p13.11-p13.12 region.

TL;DR: The exon-intron structure of NAKAP95 and AKAP95 was conserved, indicating that they may have evolved by gene duplication, and a reverse transcription coupled (RT)-PCR experiment revealed that the NAK AP95 gene was transcribed ubiquitously in various human tissues.
Journal Article

Liver chip and gene shaving.

TL;DR: In this paper, the gene expression profiling in three human digestive tissues, liver, stomach, and pancreas, was catalogued by generating a large number of expressed sequence tags, and clarified how quantitatively the gene expressions are different.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structure, expression profile, and chromosomal location of a mouse gene homologous to human DNA-PKcs interacting protein (KIP) gene.

TL;DR: This poster presents a probabilistic procedure for determining the carrier status of canine coronavirus through X-ray diffraction analysis, and some examples of such studies showed positive results were obtained in animals and humans.
