Mp85-08 direct regulation of collagen cross-linking enzymes (loxl2 and plod2) by tumor-suppressive microrna-26a/b in renal cell carcinoma
Akira Kurozumi,Mayuko Kato,Yusuke Goto,Atsushi Okato,Ryosuke Matsushita,Hideki Enokida,Masayuki Nakagawa,Tomohiko Ichikawa,Naohiko Seki +8 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular Pathogenesis of the Coronin Family: CORO2A Facilitates Migration and Invasion Abilities in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Ikuko Kase-Kato,Shunichi Asai,Chikashi Minemura,Kenta Tsuneizumi,Sachi Oshima,Ayaka Koma,Atsushi Kasamatsu,Toyoyuki Hanazawa,Katsuhiro Uzawa,Naohiko Seki +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the involvement of microRNAs in the molecular mechanism underlying CORO2A overexpression in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mp41-16 the functional significance and its regulated molecular targets of microrna-23b/27b/24-1 cluster in prostate cancer
Yusuke Goto,Rika Nishikawa,Satoko Kojima,Shinichi Sakamoto,Koji Kawamura,Takashi Imamoto,Takeshi Chiyomaru,Hideki Enokida,Takashi Kinoshita,Yukio Naya,Masayuki Nakagawa,Tomohiko Ichikawa,Naohiko Seki +12 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact of miR-1/miR-133 Clustered miRNAs: PFN2 Facilitates Malignant Phenotypes in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Shunichi Asai,Ayaka Koma,Nijiro Nohata,Takashi Kinoshita,Naoko Kikkawa,Mayuko Kato,C. Minemura,Katsuhiro Uzawa,Toyoyuki Hanazawa,Naohiko Seki +9 more
TL;DR: In silico analysis, four miRNAs directly bound the 3′untranslated region of PFN2 and controlled expression of the gene in HNSCC cells, and a total of 28 genes were identified that had putative miR-1-3p/miR-133a- 3p and microRNA binding sites and their expression levels were upregulated in H NSCC tissues.
Journal ArticleDOI
Detection of Grb-2-related Adaptor Protein Gene (GRAP) and Peptide Molecule in Salivary Glands of MRL/lpr Mice and Patients with Sjögren's Syndrome
Hidetaka Shiraiwa,Masami Takei,T Yoshikawa,Takanori Azuma,Masaki Kato,K Mitamura,T Ueki,Akinori Kida,Takashi Horie,Naohiko Seki,Shigemasa Sawada +10 more
TL;DR: Mouse and human Grb-2-related adaptor protein (GRAP) antigens were expressed on ductal cells and infiltrating lymphocytes in salivary glands of MRL/lpr mice and SS patients, but only weakly in controls (MRL/+ mice and individuals withSalivary cysts).
