Genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in a UK university identifies dynamics of transmission

Dinesh Aggarwal, +712 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors sequenced 482 SARS-CoV-2 isolates from the University of Cambridge from 5 October to 6 December 2020 and performed a detailed phylogenetic comparison with 972 isolate from the surrounding community, complemented with epidemiological and contact tracing data to determine transmission dynamics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Combined MR direct thrombus imaging and non-contrast magnetic resonance venography reveal the evolution of deep vein thrombosis: a feasibility study

TL;DR: MRI can distinguish between acute and evolving or chronic lower limb DVT, and synergistic venous assessment with combined NC-MRV and MR-DTI is able to distinguish acute venous thrombosis from the established or evolving DVT detected by ultrasound.
