Journal ArticleDOI

Beyond quantification: in situ analysis of transcriptome and pre-mRNA alternative splicing at the nanoscale

TL;DR: The merits and technical challenges in single-molecule in situ RNA profiling are discussed, and advanced in situ hybridization methodologies developed for a variety of detection modalities are reviewed.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Amorphous silicon core-shell nanowire Schottky solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a core-shell nanowire solar cells based on p-i-n configuration is proposed to solve the mismatch between carrier diffusion length and absorption depth in amorphous silicon.
Posted ContentDOI

Addressing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Decontamination: Methylene Blue and Light Inactivates SARS-CoV-2 on N95 Respirators and Masks with Maintenance of Integrity and Fit

TL;DR: Methylene blue with light and DH treatment decontaminated masks and respirators by inactivating three tested coronaviruses without compromising integrity through 5CD, suggesting MBL decontamination of masks is effective, low-cost and does not require specialized equipment, making it applicable in all-resource settings.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of Transducer Installation Effects on Ultrasonic Flow Metering Using Computational Fluid Dynamics

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-path ultrasonic flow meter with its transducers installed at different positions was analyzed and the influence of path numbers and pipe diameters on the flow measurement accuracy at the best installation position was analyzed.
