TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of various parameters, such as sulfuric acid concentration on uranium bearing solutions, concentration of Alamine 336, and concentration of uranium was investigated, and two theoretical stages could efficiency extract more than 90% of uranium from a solution containing 3881 mg/L at O/A ratio of 1.5:1.
Abstract: Solvent extraction of uranium from sulfate liquor acid ore with Alamine 336 from two suppliers has been studied. The influence of various parameters, such as sulfuric acid concentration on uranium bearing solutions, concentration of Alamine 336, and concentration of uranium was investigated. The decrease of uranium efficiency extraction at the plant was caused by the degradation of the organic phase. Degradation caused by the presence of vanadium in the uranium ore. Two theoretical stages could efficiency extract more than 90% of uranium from a solution containing 3881 mg/L at O/A ratio of 1.5:1. At the range of sulfuric acid concentration of 0.1 M to 0.2 M, Uranium efficiency was enhanced from 89% to 92 at the 1st contact and from 18% to 20% at the second contact. At this range of concentration, the UO2(SO4) 2 2 species predominate. For sulfuric acid concentrations over 0.2 M the uranium efficiency decreased due to the presence of UO2(SO4) 2 2 and UO2(SO4)3 4species. Improving volume percentage of Alamine 336 in organic phase enhanced the uranium efficiency to 99%. keywords: Optimization, Solvent extraction, Uranium, Alamine 336, Niger plant.

TL;DR: In this article, a resolution of the operator of de Rahm for currents defined in an affinoid domain of a space of type Berkovich which happens to be of Stein was proposed.
Abstract: Chambert-Loir and Ducros introduced a theory of differential forms and real-valued currents on Berkovich spaces using the superforms on polyhedral complexes. In this paper we propose a resolution of the operator of de Rahm for currents defined in an affinoid domain of a space of type Berkovich which happens to be of Stein.

TL;DR: In this article, a general overview of the epidemiology, the natural history as well as the pathology of epithelial ovarian cancer is presented, where the prognosis and treatment of OC are dependent on multiple factors, including tumor biology and extent of tumor spread, which has recently been reclassified in a new FIGO staging system.
Abstract: Since the emergence of data about the natural history of ovarian cancer (OC) approximately 150 years ago, tremendous advances have been made in the area of the molecular pathology of this aggressive cancer. However, OC remains one of the most lethal gynecological cancers worldwide, with no adequate screening and prevention program available yet to avoid diagnosis in advanced stages. Despite OC still being the silent killer, it has seen dynamic shifts in its classification, staging, and theories regarding its origins in the last years. In fact, the term OC has experienced a shift to include primary peritoneal and tubal cancer, as these tumors behave identically. The prognosis and treatment of OC are dependent on multiple factors, including tumor biology and extent of tumor spread, which has recently been reclassified in a new FIGO staging system. In the literature throughout the years, attempts to identify the origins of these heterogeneous tumor entities have better guided our diagnostic strategies and therapeutic arsenal. This chapter aims to give a general overview of the epidemiology, the natural history as well as the pathology of epithelial OC.

TL;DR: The difficulties in following and the deviations from the recommendations in the management of rectal cancer in emerging countries—the case of Hôpital national of Niamey, Niger is described.
