Construction of implantation failure related lncRNA-mRNA network and identification of lncRNA biomarkers for predicting endometrial receptivity.

TLDR
An implantation failure related lncRNA-mRNA network is constructed, and six key lncRNAs and their ceRNA sub-networks are identified, which were involved in immunological activity, growth factor binding, vascular proliferation, apoptosis and steroid biosynthesis in uterus and prepared endometrium for embryo implantation.

Identification of Key lncRNAs Associated With Atherosclerosis Progression Based on Public Datasets.

TL;DR: Bioinformatics analysis revealed these lncRNAs were involved in regulating the leukotriene biosynthetic process, gene expression, actin filament organization, t-circle formation, antigen processing, and presentation, interferon-gamma-mediated signaling pathway, and activation of GTPase activity.

Long noncoding RNA CYTOR sponges miR-195 to modulate proliferation, migration, invasion and radiosensitivity in nonsmall cell lung cancer cells

TL;DR: It is found that CYTOR promoted cell proliferation, migration and invasion ability, and induced radioresistance in NSCLC cells, and CYTOR may be used as a promising therapeutic target forNSCLC treatment.

Competing endogenous RNA network analysis identifies critical genes among the different breast cancer subtypes.

TL;DR: This study identified 29 critical subtype-specific ceRNA hubs that characterized the different breast cancer subtypes and provides new insight into the common and specific subtype ceRNA interactions that define the different categories of breast cancer.

Endometrial extracellular vesicles from women with recurrent implantation failure attenuate the growth and invasion of embryos.

TL;DR: Endometrial EVs from patients with RIF attenuate the development and invasion of embryos and the invasion capacity of hatched embryos decreased significantly in the RIF-EV group.

Analysis of relative gene expression data using real-time quantitative pcr and the 2(-delta delta c(t)) method

TL;DR: The 2-Delta Delta C(T) method as mentioned in this paper was proposed to analyze the relative changes in gene expression from real-time quantitative PCR experiments, and it has been shown to be useful in the analysis of realtime, quantitative PCR data.

A ceRNA Hypothesis: The Rosetta Stone of a Hidden RNA Language?

TL;DR: It is proposed that this "competing endogenous RNA" (ceRNA) activity forms a large-scale regulatory network across the transcriptome, greatly expanding the functional genetic information in the human genome and playing important roles in pathological conditions, such as cancer.
