TL;DR: In this paper, the authors focused on the pre and post effect of the amalgamation of the South African Avocado Growers Association (SAAGA), SALGA, South African Litchi Growers association (SALGA), South African Macadamia growers Association (SAMAC), and South African Mango Growers associations (SAMGA); amalgamated under an umbrella organization called Subtrop, and conducted a survey measuring both Subtrop member and relevant Subtrop staff responses.
