Journal ArticleDOI

A Multidimensional Twin Study of Mental Health in Women

TL;DR: While genetic factors appear to be of moderate etiologic importance in all major dimensions of mental health, the family environment is an important influence on only interpersonal relations, social support, and substance use.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anti-thymocyte globulin for conditioning in matched unrelated donor hematopoietic cell transplantation provides comparable outcomes to matched related donor recipients.

TL;DR: It is concluded that the administration of ATG to patients undergoing URD HCT preserves the anti-leukemia benefit of the transplant, while reducing the risk of developing GVHD, resulting in OS rates that are comparable to MRD HCT recipients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Smoking and caffeine consumption: a genetic analysis of their association.

TL;DR: In this article, bivariate genetic models were applied to data of 10,368 twins from the Netherlands Twin Register in order to estimate genetic and environmental correlations between smoking and caffeine use, and causal effects were tested using Mendelian randomization analysis in 6605 Netherlands twins and 5714 women.
