Search for excited $B_c^+$ states

Roel Aaij, +796 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the invariant mass spectrum of the B c + π+ π − system for the excited B c+ states B c (2 1 S 0 ) + and B c(2 3 S 1 ) + using a data sample of pp collisions collected by the LHCb experiment at the centre-of-mass energy of s=8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb −1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization of clinical features and outcome for human-to-human transmitted severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome.

TL;DR: Primary SFTS acquired through human-to-human transmission leads to milder clinical representations and superior prognoses compared to primary SFTS, suggesting that the transmission route makes a difference in disease progression and clinical outcome of SFTS disease.
Journal ArticleDOI

Whole-exome sequencing of consanguineous families with infertile men and women identifies homologous mutations in SPATA22 and MEIOB

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used whole-exome sequencing (WES) to reveal pathogenic mutations in two consanguineous Pakistani families with infertile patients. But they did not consider the role of MEIOB and SPATA22 in human fertility.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for the Decays Bs0 →τ+τ- and B0 →τ+τ-

Roel Aaij, +775 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search for the rare decays B0s→τ+τ− and B0→τ +τ− was performed using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector.
Journal ArticleDOI

Model-independent measurement of mixing parameters in D0 → K S 0 π+π− decays

Roel Aaij, +725 more
TL;DR: The first model-independent measurement of the charm mixing parameters in the decay of D 0 → K S 0 π + π − is reported in this article, using a sample of pp collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb−1 at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV.
