Calibration of the charge and energy loss per unit length of the MicroBooNE liquid argon time projection chamber using muons and protons

C. Adams, +189 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the position and time-dependent response of the MicroBooNE liquid argon time projection chamber anode wires to ionization particle energy loss is used to calibrate the detector.
Journal ArticleDOI

Forward production of Υ mesons in pp collisions at √s = 7 and 8 TeV

Roel Aaij, +752 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the meson transverse momentum and rapidity were measured as functions of meson crosssections and ratios of cross-sections, respectively, for collisions at the LHCb detector.
Journal ArticleDOI

Observation of a cross-section enhancement near mass threshold in e(+)e(-) -> Lambda(Lambda)over-bar

M. Ablikim, +430 more
- 28 Feb 2018 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the process e(+)e(-) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar is studied using data samples at root s = 2.2324, 2.400,2.800 and 3.080 GeV collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the CKM angle γ from a combination of LHCb results

Roel Aaij, +804 more
TL;DR: In this article, a combination of measurements sensitive to the CKM angle γ from LHCb is performed, which yields γ = (72.2−7.3+6.8)°, where the uncertainty includes systematic effects, and 95.5% confidence level interval is determined to be γ ∈ [55.9, 85.2]°.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for lepton-flavor and lepton-number-violating Τ→ℓhh' decay modes

Y. Miyazaki, +141 more
- 26 Feb 2013 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors obtained 90% confidence level upper limits on the τ → l h h ) branching fractions in the range (2.0 − 8.4 ) × 10 − 8.
