Abstract: Objective To observe Weichangshu Tablet's effect on gastroentero-movement and the toxic side effect.Methods The experiment of Weichangshu Tablet's effect on gastroentero-propelling movement was done by dividing the animals into groups at random,observing and analyzing contrastively.The experiment of WeichAngshu Tablet's effect on animal unorganized ileum leiomyo was done by observing and analyzing between before medicine and after medicine.The acute toxicity experiment was done by dividing the animals into groups at random in which the animals were given different concentration solution of Weichangshu Tablet by way of gastric perfusion.Results Weichangshu Tablet promoted gastroentero-movement.Its mechanism is related to its building up the contractive range of the spontaneous activity of gastroentero-Leiomyo.Oral taking medicine is safe,and there is no evident toxicity side effect.Conclusion Weichangshu Tablet is a kind of perfect gastroentero-dynamic medicine of pure Chinese herb preparation.

Abstract: This paper discusses some common problems in teaching and learning based on the actuality of medical statistics teaching,and explores the causes of these problems.The authors put forward some reforming measures regarding course setup,teaching method reform,experiment teaching reform and textbook selection for medical statistics.Because mathematical statistics is a theoretical basis of medical statistics,this paper suggests connecting mathematical statistics teaching with medical statistics to improve medical students' level of doing statistics and research.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the protective effects of sinomenine on hepatic injury during ischemia/reperfusion proce-dure, and to investigate the posssible mechanism.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=10) :control group, I/R group, sinomenine group 1 (50mg/kg) , sinomenine group 2 (100mg/kg).Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion models were established.At the end of reperfusion, the NO, the SOD and MDA of each group were detected.Results:In sinomenine groups the NO was higherthan that in I/R group (P0.01).The SOD of hepatic tissue was higherin sinomenine groups than that in I/R group (P0.01); While MDA levels were lowerin sinomenine groups than that in I/R group (P0.01).And abnormal morphological changes of liverduring I/R procedure were remarkable in sinomenine groups.Conclusions:Sinomenine was good for the hepatic injury of ischemia/reperfusion by inhibiting the production of oxygenic free radicals and improving the function of microcirculation.

Abstract: PURPOSE To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and the satisfaction on aesthetic effectiveness of application of guided bone regeneration (GBR) technique in maxillary lateral incisor implant site. METHODS Ninety patients were selected who only lost maxillary lateral incisor and placed with 101 implants(the implant systems were 3i, Osstem, ITI, Ankylos, BLB). The final restorations were porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Clinical and X-ray examinations were conducted and esthetic results were observed at 3, 6,12 months after dental implant prosthetics. RESULTS The follow-up time was 12 months, all patients achieved successful implantation and good osseointegration around the implant. The esthetic results were perfect .Among the 90 cases, 90.7%, 92.8% and 95.5% of the patients were satisfied with the final outcomes 3,6,12 months after prosthetics. CONCLUSIONS Good clinical effectiveness and satisfaction on aesthetic effectiveness can be obtained with GBR technique applied in maxillary lateral incisor implant site. Appropriate use of GBR technique is the solution of bone defect of maxillary lateral incisor implant site.
