TL;DR: The ability of learning and spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus were damaged obviously and were detected by the experiment of Morris water maze and channel water maze.
Abstract: The purpose is to investigate the spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus 2 weeks after Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus, the rats ability of learning and memory were detected by the experiment of Morris water maze and channel water maze The swimming speed of model rats was slower and swimming time was longer than that of the control rats in the experiment of Morris water maze The error times of model were much more than those of the control in the channel water maze The ability of learning and spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus were damaged obviously

TL;DR: The negative effects of internet pornography on students' sexual concept and sexual ethics were quantitatively evaluated in this article, where the reasons were analyzed in order to explore some countermeasures of internet management.
Abstract: The randomized response technique(RRT) and questionnaires were used to investigate the influence of network on the sexual concept and sexual behavior of 1287 college students, who were selected randomly as a sample. The negative effects of internet pornography on students' sexual concept and sexual ethics were quantitatively evaluated. The reasons were analyzed in order to explore some countermeasures of internet management.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for determination the content of the glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in licorice by HPLC was established, which is simple, rapid, convenient and selective.
Abstract: Objective:A method for determination the content of the glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in licorice(Glycyrrhiza) by HPLC was established. Methods:The determination was carried out by HPLC on the C18 column(4.6mm×15cm,5μm).The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid with 0.6 ml·min-1 of the flow rate, and the temperature of column was 25℃.To determinate the quantitative assay using external standard method. Results:The linear range of the glycyrrhizic acid was good from 4.16μg/ml to 28.0μg/ml,the regression equation was Y=10562.8X+30963(r=0.9999);the linear range of the liquiritin was good from 13.0μg/ml to 23.4μg/ml,the regression equation was Y=12857.4X+16437(r=0.9997).The average recovery was more than 96.08% and the RSD of intra-day validations was less than 1.41%,of inter-day was less than 1.85%.Conclusions:The method is simple, rapid, convenient and selective. It can be used for controlling the quality of the glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin from licorice.

TL;DR: Both Northern blotting and in situ hybridization histochemistry analyses revealed a tissue-specific expression pattern of AmphiGM2AP in adult amphioxus with the strongest expression in the digestive system, which is in contrast to the widespread expression patterns of human, mouse and sheep GM2AP genes.
Abstract: An amphioxus cDNA, AmphiGM2AP, encoding GM2 activator protein was isolated from the gut cDNA library of Branchiostoma belcheri. It is 907 bp long, and its longest open reading frame codes for a precursor protein consisting of 242 amino acid residues with a signal peptide of 14 amino acids. The deduced amino acid sequence includes a conserved domain typical of GM2APs between residues 53 and 224, a single N-linked glycosylation site at position 65 and 8 conserved cysteines. Phylogenetic analysis showed that amphiGM2AP forms a club together with invertebrate GM2APs, indicating that AmphiGM2AP is evolutionarily closely related to invertebrate GM2APs rather than vertebrate ones. Both Northern blotting and in situ hybridization histochemistry analyses revealed a tissue-specific expression pattern of AmphiGM2AP in adult amphioxus with the strongest expression in the digestive system, which is in contrast to the widespread expression pattern of human, mouse and sheep GM2AP genes. It is suggested that AmphiGM2AP i...

TL;DR: The high expression of p-STAT3 was negatively correlated with the lower PTEN in laryngeal squamous carcinoma, which suggested that PTEN may be a downstream target gene of p.STAT3.
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the expression of p-STAT3 and PTEN in human laryngeal squamous carcinoma, to explore their relations and clinical significance. METHOD Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues from 67 cases of laryngeal squamous carcinoma, 25 cases of normal mucosa over 2.0 cm away from tumor margin in 25 patients with total or subtotal laryngectomy were evaluated for the expression of p-STAT3, PTEN by SP immunohistochemistry, the levels of these proteins in tissues and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters of laryngeal squamous carcinoma were analyzed. The prognostic analysis was performed by Kaplan-Merier. RESULT The expression rates of p-STAT3 protein in laryngeal squamous carcinoma and normal control laryngeal mucous tissues were 71.64%, 16% respectively. There was significant difference between them (Zc = 4.7052, P < 0.01); The expression rates of PTEN protein in laryngeal squamous carcinoma and normal control laryngeal mucous tissues were 41.79%, 96% respectively. There was significant difference between them (Zc = 5.7037, P < 0.01); The expressions of p-STAT3 and PTEN in laryngeal squamous carcinoma were associated with clinical stage, differentiation grade, lymph nodal metastases and prognosis (P < 0.01). There was a negative correlation between the expression of p-STAT3 and PTEN,and their correlation coefficient was r = -0.5148 (P < 0.01). p-STAT3 positive expression rate in patients survived over a 5 years follow up was 56.25% (18/32), which was obviously lower than the rate 82.35% (14/17) in those dead. CONCLUSION The expression of p-STAT3 and PTEN may take important roles in the tumorigenesis, aggressiveness, metastases and prognosis of laryngeal squamous carcinoma. The high expression of p-STAT3 was negatively correlated with the lower PTEN in laryngeal squamous carcinoma, which suggested that PTEN may be a downstream target gene of p-STAT3.
