Abstract: Miankaleh Biosphere Reserve is located in north of Iran, it covers an area about 68800 ha. In this survey the plant specimens were collected from different parts of area during two growing seasons. The aim of this research was identify the plant species, introducing the Flora and determination of life forms. In Miankaleh area 261 species recognized, that belong to 60 families and 177 genera. Among these families represented in area Asteracea, Poaceae, Papilionaceae, Cyperaceae and Brassicaeae had the highest number of species 34, 34, 26, 10 and 10, respectively. Fifty four species (20.68%) were endemics of Irano-Turanian region, the following species of them were endemics for Iran: Lindelofia kandavanensis, Papaver tenuifolium, P. chelidonifolium, Scorzonera tortusissima, Scrophularia gaubae, Crepis gaubae and Crepis papposissima. Therophytes and hemicryptophytes with 137 species (52.5%) and 76 species (29%) were respectively the most frequent life forms of the Biosphere Reserve.

Abstract: بر پایه مطالعات مقدماتی تا تفصیلی زمین‌شناسی، ساختاری و زمین‌ساختی منطقه شمال ترود- معلمان (ایران مرکزی) حد فاصل گسل انجیلو در شمال وگسل ترود در جنوب، عناصر زمین‌ساختی شامل­گسل‌ها، شکستگی­ها و چین‌خوردگی‌های این گستره شناسایی و ساز وکار هر یک و ارتباط آنها با پهنه برشی راستالغز چپ‌گرددو گسل اصلی نام برده شده در بالا، بررسی شد و نقشه شکستگی‌های منطقه به تصویر درآمد. افزون بر آن، در این پژوهش به بررسی سامانه جنبش در گسل‌های چالو- گندی و حافظ پرداخته شد. بر مبنای داده­های به‌دست آمده و با روش‌های نوین تحلیل لغزش گسل که در آن، موقعیت سطوح لغزش و بردار لغزشی، فاکتور شکل بیضوی تنش و زاویه اصطکاک درونی توده سنگ دخالت دارند، میدان تنش و جهت‌گیری محورهای اصلی تنش در گستره مورد مطالعه، تحلیل شد. موقعیت تنش‌های اصلی ،وپس از تعیین میزان زاویه اصطکاک درونی برای هر پهنه گسل، محاسبه شد و در نهایت، با داده‌های ترکیبی برای تمامی منطقه، جهت‌گیری تنش‌های اصلی ،و به ترتیب برابر با 104/07, 339/78, 195/10 تعیین شد. شکل بیضوی تنش نیز بر مبنای فاکتور شکل )]-) / (-( [R= تعریف شده توسط Angelier (1975) تعیین شد. مقدار R برای همه محدوده‌ها در حدود 5/0 و نوع دگر ریختی، ترافشارشی (Transpressional) چپ‌گرد با مؤلفه کوچک شاغولی به‌دست آمد. این نتیجه، نشان از وجود میدان تنش با سوی رو به شمال و در نتیجه حرکت رو به شمال پوسته در این پهنه از کشور دارد که با نتایج به‌دست آمده از بررسی شکستگی‌ها وگسل‌های منطقه و تعیین ساز و کار هر یک از آنها در این پهنه برشی به‌طور کامل همخوانی دارد.

Abstract: The 17β-HSD3 enzyme plays a key role in treatment of prostate cancer and small inhibitors can be used to efficiently target it. In the present study, the multiple linear regression (MLR), and support vector machine (SVM) methods were used to interpret the chemical structural functionality against the inhibition activity of some 17β-HSD3inhibitors. Chemical structural information were described through various types of molecular descriptors and genetic algorithm (GA) was applied to decrease the complexity of inhibition pathway to a few relevant molecular descriptors. Non-linear method (GA-SVM) showed to be better than the linear (GA-MLR) method in terms of the internal and the external prediction accuracy. The SVM model, with high statistical significance (R2train = 0.938; R2test = 0.870), was found to be useful for estimating the inhibition activity of 17β-HSD3 inhibitors. The models were validated rigorously through leave-one-out cross-validation and several compounds as external test set. Furthermore, the external predictive power of the proposed model was examined by considering modified R2 and concordance correlation coefficient values, Golbraikh and Tropsha acceptable model criteria's, and an extra evaluation set from an external data set. Applicability domain of the linear model was carefully defined using Williams plot. Moreover, Euclidean based applicability domain was applied to define the chemical structural diversity of the evaluation set and training set.

Abstract: In this article, we test the influence of the modification of the scalar product, found in the problems of the energy-dependent potential, on the physical properties of the harmonic oscillator in one dimension. For this, we first discuss the effect of this change on the thermodynamic properties of this oscillator, and then investigate the parameters of Fisher and Shannon of quantum information. For the second problem, the dependence of these parameters with the density of state, is the main reason of our choice to study the influence of this type of potential on these properties. Finally, the well-know uncertainty relation of Cramer–Rao is well recovered.
