TL;DR: In this article, the servo-command and electrical motor were used to drive the aircraft surface in emergency situations, with vibrations dampened by a servocontrol loop connection.
Abstract: The unit has a joystick driving the servo-command and second circuit driving the electrical motor. In normal use the servocommand mechanism drives the aircraft surface, whilst in emergency where the servocontrol command does not work, the motor circuit drives the surface, with vibrations dampened by a servocontrol loop connection.

TL;DR: In this paper, the electromagnetic properties of the plasma formed at the irradiated metal surface were measured by three probes (5, 6, 7), these properties being indicative of the chemical nature of the surface.
Abstract: A test piece (1) such as a sheet of metal is irradiated by a high power laser (4) in a vacuum chamber (2). The electromagnetic properties of the plasma formed at the irradiated metal surface are measured by three probes (5, 6, 7), these properties being indicative of the chemical nature of the irradiated surface.

TL;DR: In this paper, a system providing protection against the theft of an object is described, the said system being located in a passageway and comprising: means for remote querying of electronic modules (10, 11) containing respectively an 'object' identification code (vi) of a target, or a 'person' identification codes (pi) of an owner in possession of the target; these means being capable of receiving the code emitted by each of these; a control module (18, 15; 14, 15, 14', 15; 16, 17, 17; 16',
Abstract: The invention discloses a system providing protection against the theft of an object (13), the said system being located in a passageway and comprising: means for remote querying of electronic modules (10, 11) containing respectively an 'object' identification code (vi) of an object (13), or a 'person' identification code (pi) of a person in possession of an object; these means being capable of receiving the code emitted by each of these; a control module (18) linked to the said remote querying means (14, 15; 14', 15'; 16, 17; 16', 17'), capable of receiving these identification codes and carrying out matching of the 'object' and 'person' codes received and sanctioning the detection of an 'object' code unaccompanied by the corresponding 'person' code.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method and a system for digital speech transmission by radio means make use of analysis by multi-pulse excited linear prediction (MPLPC) for speech transmission.
Abstract: A method and a system for digital speech transmission by radio means make use of analysis by multi-pulse excited linear prediction. The system includes, at the transmission end, an MPLPC analysis unit (20) followed by a block encoding circuit (36) and by an interlacing circuit (38).

TL;DR: In this article, a multiple-route shift register is used to make adjustments to the label values of objects within an image being processed, based on a train of digital signals, identified signal values within the train which are to be modified, and makes the appropriate modifications.
Abstract: A device for making adjustments to the label values of objects within an image being processed. The device, which receives a train of digital signals, identifies signal values within the train which are to be modified, and makes the appropriate modifications. The device comprises a multiple-route shift register arrangement which receives the train of signals and compares these values of each with a series of `to be corrected` values and, on detection of correspondence, replaces them with `correction` values in a third series.
