18 Feb 1998TL;DR: In this article, a processing and cartographic visualisation unit receives data files through a link and determines the probable hydrographic system for the geographic zone, which is then used to assign altitudes to each point in the zone.
Abstract: The method involves a processing and cartographic visualisation unit (2) receiving data files through a link (8). This unit determines the probable hydrographic system for the geographic zone. A second unit (3) uses the same link to assign altitudes to each point in the zone. Tributaries and confluences of the hydrographic system are identified (4) and valley points likely to belong to valley contours are determined (5) from the first and second matrices. Segments of valley contours are defined (6) from the valley points and the tributaries and confluences and further processing (7) produces the full valley contours from the segments.

11 Jun 2007TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a one-piece implantable cardiac prosthesis anatomical position in V asymetrization, where the artificial left and right ventricles were arranged in an asymmetric V such that they approached each other in a s' eloi-gnant connection.
Abstract: Prothese cardiaque monobloc implantable en position anatomique. one-piece implantable cardiac prosthesis anatomical position. According to the invention, the artificial left and right ventricles (2, 8) presen¬ tent branch (14, 15) arranged in asymmetrical V, such that said ventricles approach each other in s' eloi- Gnant connection means (6, 12) to the natural left and right atria, and the individual hydraulic actuators (7, 13) associated respectively with said artificial left and right ventricles (2, 8) are arranged near each the other, in the vicinity of said artificial left ventricle (2).

TL;DR: An analytical methodology for failure localization inside logical integrated circuits (ICs) based on an electron beam tester is presented, which consists of the splitting of every objective into simpler ones associated with a rigorous choice of the observation technique and of the applied electrical sequences.

14 May 1969TL;DR: In this paper, an ELECTROMAGNETIC-CLUTCHING and BRAKING DEVICE for driving and stopping a sewing machine is described, where two coaxial coils are used to control the cutting and braking of the sewing machine.
Abstract: A DEVICE FOR DRIVING AND STOPPING A MACHINE, MORE PARTICULARLY A SEWING MACHINE. BETWEEN AND ELECTRIC DRIVING MOTOR AND AN OUTPUT PULLEY OR THE LIKE CONNECTED TO THE MACHINE, THERE IS PROVIDED A SPEED-REDUCING TRAIN AND AN ELECTROMAGNETIC-CLUTCHING AND -BRAKING DEVICE. THE LATTER COMPRISES TWO COAXIAL COILS, ONE OF WHICH CONTROLS THE CLUTCHING BY CAUSING, UPON EXICITATION, THE MOVEMENT OF AN ASSEMBLY INTEGRAL WITH A CLUTCH-COUPLING MEMBER AND THE OTHER ONE OF WHICH CONTROL THE BRAKING BY APPLICATION OF A FRACTION PACKING HOUSED IN A SUPPORT OF SAID ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE AGAINST A PLATE INTEGRAL WITH THE MOVEABLE ASSEMBLY.
