TL;DR: Despite the similar survival between ischaemic and non-ischaemic FMR, different predictors of all-cause mortality were demonstrated and further clinical studies are mandated to focus on each FMR subgroup with stratification by ischaemia origin.

Transcatheter Aortic-Valve Implantation for Aortic Stenosis in Patients Who Cannot Undergo Surgery
