Design and development of an innovative integrated structure for the production and storage of energy and hydrogen utilizing renewable energy
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the use of a hybrid renewable energy system to generate and store electrical energy required by process facilities in Farakhi village, and the results revealed that the amount of utilizable heat absorbed by the heat transfer fluid as well as the outlet temperature of the collector in summer was considerable than the amount required.
Journal ArticleDOI
Friction and wear characteristics of chemically modified mahua (madhuca indica) oil based lubricant with SiO2 nanoparticles as additives
Yashvir Singh,Erween Abd Rahim,Nishant K. Singh,Abhishek Sharma,Amneesh Singla,Arkom Palmanit +5 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors performed tribological characteristics of epoxidized Madhuca indica oil while considering SiO2 nanoparticles as additives, and the results showed that the presence of the nanoparticles reduced the coefficient of friction and wear rate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Emission reduction using biodiesel blends with nano-additives and reformed exhaust gas recirculation (REGR) in DI diesel engine
TL;DR: In this article, a Reformed Exhaust Gas Recirculation (REGR) is proposed to improve the air quality of internal combustion engines, which is important contributors to environmental and human health hazardous air pollution.

Exergy, exergoeconomic, life cycle, and exergoenvironmental assessments for an engine fueled by diesel–ethanol blends with aluminum oxide and titanium dioxide additive nanoparticles
Ümit Ağbulut,Cuneyt Uysal,Eduardo José Cidade Cavalcanti,Monica Carvalho,Mustafa Karagöz,Suat Sarıdemir +5 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed energy, exergy, exergoeconomic and sustainability analyses for a compression ignition (CI) engine fueled with neat diesel (D100), 90 vol% neat diesel + 10 vol% ethanol (D90E10), D90E 10 + 100 ppm Al2O3 nanoparticle (D 90E 10TiO3), and D 90E10+ 100 ppm TiO2 nanoparticle(D90 E10TiO2) for a fixed crankshaft speed of 2400 rpm, and the experiments were performed on various engine loads (from 3 Nm to 12 Nm with 3 nm increments).

Triglycerides-based diesel fuels
Anjana Srivastava,Ram Prasad +1 more
TL;DR: The main advantages of using biodiesel are its renewability, better-quality exhaust gas emissions, its biodegradability and given that all the organic carbon present is photosynthetic in origin, it does not contribute to a rise in the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and consequently to the greenhouse effect as mentioned in this paper.
