TLDR
In this paper, the atmospheric transmission of Sun Radiation and on Dust in the Air are discussed. But they do not consider the effect of dust in the air on the transmission of sun radiation.

Present and future aerosol impacts on Arctic climate change in the GISS-E2.1 Earth system model

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used the GISS-E2.1 Earth system model to study the aerosol burdens and their radiative and climate impacts over the Arctic ( >60 ∘ ǫ N), using anthropogenic emissions from the Eclipse V6b and the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) databases, while global annual mean greenhouse gas concentrations were prescribed and kept fixed in all simulations.

Regularizing active set method for retrieval of the atmospheric aerosol particle size distribution function

TL;DR: The active set method is studied and a regularizing active set algorithm for ill-posed particle size distribution function retrieval and for enforcing nonnegativity in computation is proposed.

Reconstruction of solar spectral resource using limited spectral sampling for concentrating photovoltaic systems

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-channel filter radiometer (MFCR) is used to quantify the effects of local atmospheric conditions such as air mass, aerosols, and atmospheric gases on concentrating photovoltaic system performance.
