Apparent lack of a domestic animal reservoir in Gambiense sleeping sickness in northwest Uganda.

TL;DR: It was concluded that domestic animals in northwest Uganda were probably not reservoirs of T. brucei but no mixed trypanosome infections with T. rhodesiense, indicating that they was probably not from the two human infectivetrypanosomes.
