Luminescence and photoconductivity properties of porous polycrystalline silicon

TL;DR: In this article, the photoluminescence and the photoconductivity of porous polycrystalline silicon wafers have been studied and the results showed that luminescent property of the samples prepared by poly-crystal silicon wafer may be related to the defects on Si complexes surface, which can be proved by microwave-detected photoconductivities decay measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of rapid thermal process on oxygen precipitation in heavily boron-doped Czochralski silicon wafer

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of rapid thermal process (RTP) on oxygen precipitation in heavily boron-doped Czochralski (CZ) silicon wafers has been investigated.

Heavily-doped UMG silicon epitaxially generated high-low junction-based solar cell and preparation method

TL;DR: In this paper, a heavily-doped UMG silicon epitaxially generated high-low junction-based solar cell, which comprises a plurality of cells, is presented. But the authors did not provide a preparation method for the solar cell.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of stabilized and dispersive copper nanowires ink

TL;DR: In this paper, an organic stabilized and dispersive Cu nanowires (NWs) ink was proposed, and the authors investigated and determined the recipe of the expectant ink framework and proved its usage as flexible transparent conductive films.
