Enhancement effect of nitrogen co-doping on oxygen precipitation in heavily phosphorus-doped Czochralski silicon during high-temperature annealing

TL;DR: In this paper, oxygen precipitation in conventional and nitrogen co-doped heavily phosphorus (P)-doped Czochralski silicon (CZ-Si) crystal subjected to various high-temperature annealing in the range of 1000-1150°C was comparatively investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetism and magnetoresistance studies of HfFe6Ge6-type Y1-xCexMn6Sn6 (x=0.1-0.3) compounds

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetoresistance (MR) effect of the HfFe6Ge6-type Y1-xCexMn6Sn6 (x=0.1-0.3) compounds have been investigated in the temperature range of 5-385 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diamond nanocrystals and amorphous SiOx nanowires formed by rapid thermal annealing of carbon film

TL;DR: In this paper, Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA) has been performed on the carbon films prepared by radio frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition on Si substrate and a well-oriented SiC interlayer is also formed simultaneously.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced internal gettering in n/n+ epitaxial silicon wafer: coaction of nitrogen impurity and vacancy on oxygen precipitation in substrate

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the prior rapid thermal processing (RTP) at 1,250°C in argon (Ar) and nitrogen (N2) atmosphere on oxygen precipitation (OP) and associated internal gettering (IG) in the heavily As-doped Czochralski (CZ) silicon substrates of n/n+ epitaxial silicon wafers have been comparatively investigated.

Process of preparing magnesium boron oxygen nano thread

TL;DR: In this article, a method to prepare a magnesium boron oxygen nano thread, adopting a sol-gel method, was described, and the steps as follows: 1) prepare a solution by using 99% analytical magnesium nitrate, boric acid and citric acid in mole ratio of 1 to 1 to1 - 1 to 10 to 10, drying at 10-500 deg.C so as to obtain a gelatinous product; 2) baking the product at 100 deg.c-1300 deg. C for 5 minutes-200 hours, and generating a white powder
