Transmission electron microscopy investigation of oxygen precipitation in Czochralski silicon annealed under high pressure
TL;DR: In this article, the authors performed a systematic experiment to investigate the oxygen precipitation of Czochralski (CZ) silicon generated under the high pressure (1 GPa) by means of the transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
Journal ArticleDOI
Silver-nickel oxide core-shell nanoparticle array electrode with enhanced lithium-storage performance
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate the synthesis of Ag-NiO core-shell nanoparticle arrays via a one-step solution-immersion process and subsequent RF-sputtering technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of iron on oxygen precipitation in nitrogen-doped Czochralski silicon
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of iron on oxygen precipitation in nitrogen-doped Czochralski (NCZ) silicon was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy at room temperature or at liquid helium temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Suppression of boron-oxygen defects in Czochralski silicon by carbon co-doping
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of carbon co-doping on the formation of boron-oxygen defects in Czochralski silicon was investigated, and it was found that carbon can effectively suppress the formation and diffusion of oxygen dimers in carbon-co-doped silicon.
Journal ArticleDOI
Developing an aqueous approach for synthesizing Au and M@Au (M = Pd, CuPt) hybrid nanostars with plasmonic properties
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported a general and facile strategy towards aqueous synthesis of Au and M@Au (M = Pd, CuPt) hybrid nanostars by reducing HAuCl4 with ethanolamine in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB).
