Cobalt–iron cyanide hollow cubes: Three-dimensional self-assembly and magnetic properties

TL;DR: In this article, a unique formation process: self-assembly followed by Ostwald ripening process, has been put forward to take account for the construction of hollow cubes, which reveals that K 0.22 Co 0.58 Fe 2.2 (CN) 6 hollow cubes exhibit a ferromagnetic behavior.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optical properties of single-phase β-FeSi2 films fabricated by electron beam evaporation

TL;DR: In this paper, single-phase semiconducting iron disilicide (β-FeSi2) films on silicon substrate were fabricated by electron beam evaporation (EBE) technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Facile synthesis of high-quality Pt nanostructures with a controlled aspect ratio for methanol electro-oxidation

TL;DR: In this article, high quality Pt nanobars with a controlled aspect ratio were synthesized by varying the amount of formaldehyde in benzyl alcohol containing oleylamine and exhibited substantially enhanced electrocatalytic properties for methanol oxidation relative to the commercial Pt/C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Crystal-originated particles in germanium-doped Czochralski silicon crystal

TL;DR: In this paper, the grown-in distribution and annealing behavior of crystal-originated particles (COPs) in Czochralski silicon wafer with germanium doping have been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Formation, Stability, Geometry and Band Structure of Organically Surface-Modified Germanane

TL;DR: In this article, the formation, stability, structure and electronic properties of surface-modified germanane that results from the hydrogermylation, alkoxylation, aminization or phenylation were investigated.
