Journal ArticleDOI
Energy transfer from luminescent centers to Er3+ in erbium-doped silicon-rich oxide films.
TL;DR: The energy transfer mechanism between luminescent centers and Er3+ in erbium-doped silicon-rich oxide (SROEr) films prepared by electron beam evaporation is investigated and intense photoluminescence of the LCs within the active matrixes is obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of nanoporous three-dimensional current collector for high-performance lithium-ion batteries
TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of Cu nanoporous three-dimensional current collector via a simple template-assisted method was demonstrated, and the anodes were selected as the anode materials to illustrate the enhanced performance.
Journal ArticleDOI
The modulation of surface texture for single-crystalline Si solar cells using calibrated silver nanoparticles as a catalyst
TL;DR: Both experiments and theoretical analysis have proved that a well-organized microporous structure on the pyramids can be obtained by optimizing the size of Ag nanoparticles and the texturing time, and the Si wafer with such structures can effectively reduce the reflectivity of sunlight.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact of rapid thermal processing on oxygen precipitation in heavily arsenic and antimony doped Czochralski silicon
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative investigation on the effects of vacancies induced by rapid thermal processing on oxygen precipitation behavior in heavily arsenic and antimony-doped Czochralski silicon wafers is performed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Large-Scale Synthesis of Ultrathin Hexagonal Tin Disulfide Nanosheets with Highly Reversible Lithium Storage.
TL;DR: In this article, trathin (<5 nm thickness) hexagonal SnS2 nanosheets are hydrothermally synthesized from solutions of SnCl4 and thioacetamide in water (autoclave, 160 °C, 12 h).
