Observation of Wigner cusps in a metallic carbon nanotube
Brandon Blue,Ryuichi Tsuchikawa,Amin Ahmadi,Z. Zhang,Daniel Heligman,Stephanie Lough,James Hone,Eduardo R. Mucciolo,Masa Ishigami +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , gate-dependent conductivity measurements on a metallic carbon nanotube with known chirality show that these bimodal conductance suppressions are the manifestations of Wigner cusps, often seen in atomic and nuclear physics experiments.

Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of Oxygen Plasma Treatment on Fermi‐Level Pinning and Tunneling at the Metal–Semiconductor Interface of WSe2 FETs
TL;DR: In this paper , a facile doping method of oxygen (O2) plasma treatment and an aging effect to overcome the FLP of WSe2 field effect transistors (FETs) is utilized.

High-frequency performance of graphene field effect transistors with saturating IV-characteristics
TL;DR: In this article, the high-frequency performance of GFETs with boron-nitride gate dielectrics is investigated and the effect of the ambipolar channel on transconductance and output resistance is examined.
