Effect of Cs-Incorporated NiOx on the Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells

TL;DR: The effect of Cs-incorporated NiOx on perovskite solar cells with an inverted structure was investigated, where NiOx and PCBM were used as selective contacts for holes and electrons, respectively, finding that the generation of an Ni phase in an NiOx layer was significantly suppressed by employing cesium.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stabilizing organic photocathodes by low-temperature atomic layer deposition of TiO2

TL;DR: In this article, a low-temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD) of TiO2 onto a P3HT:PCBM polymer blend surface for stable high-performance organic PEC photocathodes was demonstrated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and photocatalytic properties of perovskite-type (La,Ca)Ti(O,N)3 prepared from A-site deficient precursors

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of oxide precursors for perovskite-type (La,Ca)Ti(O,N)3 were prepared by adding Ca2+ to A-site deficient LaTiO3.5 homogeneously (Ca2+-substitution).
