TL;DR: An overview of recent developments in nanomedicine is provided and the current challenges and upcoming opportunities for the field are highlighted and translation to the clinic is highlighted.
Journal ArticleDOI
Redox-sensitive micelles self-assembled from amphiphilic hyaluronic acid-deoxycholic acid conjugates for targeted intracellular delivery of paclitaxel.
Jing Li,Meirong Huo,Jing Wang,Jianping Zhou,Jumah M. Mohammad,Jumah M. Mohammad,Yinlong Zhang,Qinnv Zhu,Ayman Y. Waddad,Qiang Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: Results suggest that redox-sensitive HA-ss-DOCA micelles hold great potential as targeted intracellular delivery carriers of lipophilic anticancer drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced rifampicin delivery to alveolar macrophages by solid lipid nanoparticles
TL;DR: In vivo delivery efficiency and the selectivity of RFP-SLNs were further verified in Sprague–Dawley rats and demonstrated that solid lipid nanoparticles are a promising strategy for the delivery of rifampicin to alveolar macrophages selectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
